What changes have been made due to COVID-19?
At both our Summerside and Stratford locations, sessions must be booked online. No walk-ins will be accepted. We also strongly recommend you arrive already changed and ready to play, and that you complete your waiver online in advance to minimize contact.
Each session has a limit of 50 participants in Summerside and 40 participants in Stratford, not including the recommended limit of 1 supervisor/parent per family/group.
All guests are required to wash/sanitize their hands at one of our designated stations upon entering, and to maintain physical distancing during their time at our facilities.
Please do not enter if you have been outside of the Atlantic provinces in the last 14 days, and/or experienced symptoms such as cough, headache, fever/chills, sore throat, marked fatigue, sneezing, congestion, body aches or runny nose in the last 14 days and/or are required to self-isolate.
Am I required to sign a liability waiver?
All participants are required to sign a waiver before entering any of our facilities, and any participant under 18 years old is required to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. We encourage visitors to our Summerside or Stratford locations to
sign your waiver online prior to booking. We have a Waiver Stations for customers to use but why not sign your waiver before you even arrive to save time? Visitors to our Splash Park can sign waivers on-site.
What are the prices and requirements for the Family Entertainment Center / Trampoline Park / Soft Play Area?
Summerside location Family Entertainment Center: We now offer a combined general admission of $15.00 (taxes included) for our Soft Play Area (ages 8 and under) and Bouncy Castles/Inflatables (all ages but recommended ages 12 and under). We are no longer a trampoline park at this location.
Stratford location: Soft Play Area is $15.00 (below 48 inches tall) and Trampoline Park is $20.00 (over 48 inches tall, up to 250 lb).
Each jumper is also required to purchase a pair of Off The Wallz Grip Socks for $3.50 to wear while in all park areas. All prices include HST. For our winter season, please check out our Promotions section for details on special admission prices, times and hours.
What are the prices and requirements for the Splash Park?
Splash Park: $20.00 + tax per person, per hour session (over 48 inches tall, up to 250 lb, 10 and under must be accompanied on the course by a paying adult due to it being a strenuous, physical activity). Family of four is $75 + tax per hour session. Each participant is also required to wear a life jacket while in all park areas (provided at no charge). We recommend bringing water shoes to wear on the course.
If I already own grip socks do I have to pay for them again?
No, once you purchase your grip socks from Off The Wallz they’re yours to keep. We only allow Off The Wallz Grip Socks within the park, other types of grip socks are not permitted. When you wash your socks, turn them inside out to help save the grips. Bring them back your next visit!
How will the weather affect the Splash Park?
Inclement weather or unsafe water conditions may require us to close for the day or close early. We recommend checking out our
Facebook page for the latest updates. In the case of a closure, we’ll do our best to re-book missed sessions as quickly as possible.
If I go to supervise my kids do I have to pay?
You only pay if you are using our equipment. Anyone supervising does not need to pay.
Is there a place for me to sit while I’m waiting for my kids?
Yes, we have a lounge at our Slemon Park location equipped with leather couches, TVs, and free WiFi. We also have a concessions stand and vending machines for snacks and beverages including coffee and hot chocolate. At our Splash Park there are bleachers/stands set up for viewing.
Are there age restrictions?
At our Slemon Park and Stratford locations, we recommend ages 3 and up. However it is parents’ discretion! At our Splash Park location, under 10 must be accompanied on the course by a paying adult.
Do I need to book a time?
Yes, we recommend you do
book a session. In each time slot, we have a capacity of 100 jumpers in the Trampoline Park, 30 jumpers in the Soft Play Area, and 75 participants at the Splash Park. On the evenings and weekends we do hit capacity. Booking a sessions ensures you do not have to wait for the next session to start.
If I booked a session do I just show up for that time?
No, we recommend you arriving 30 minutes prior to your session at either of our locations. This will ensure you are ready to go when your session begins.
Is there somewhere I can put my clothes and valuables while at the Splash Park?
At our Splash Park, we only offer open cubbies as storage for our customers. There is not a secure place to put clothing and valuables when visiting, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
